Convenient location opposite tram station, making it easy to explore the city. Helpful staff and spacious rooms with comfortable beds, great for families. Underground car park available for those with vehicles. Good breakfast provided.

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. We loved the fact that the hotel had a pool and sauna facilities, which added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay. the location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was situated in a quieter neighborhood and conveniently located along the main tram line. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit popular tourist attractions.
One aspect that we were not happy with was the housekeeping. There were some maintenance issues in our room, such as broken toilet handles and leaking shower taps, which should have been taken care of before our arrival.

The hotel was close to the tramway, making it convenient to explore the city. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast had a variety of delicious options, including breads, cheeses, meats, cereals. it was a wonderful stay in a great location.
The only downside was that the hotel lacked ventilation in the bathroom, causing things to take longer to dry.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the historic district, making it easy to explore all the attractions. You can reach Sultan Ahmed in less than 15 minutes on a tram right in front of the hotel. there is a race track nearby, which adds excitement to the surroundings. The room was comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing.
The breakfast lacked variety, leaving guests wanting more options.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and assisted with our luggage. the exclusive amenities provided in our room met our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness center offered a wide range of services including various massages and Turkish bath. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were clean and well-maintained. the location was perfect for exploring the city.
Although the continental breakfast offered a wide variety of food, the coffee could have been of better quality.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the hotel facilities. The convenient location next to the tram station made it easy for me to explore the city and visit all the major attractions in a short amount of time. The hotel staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. I was very impressed with my experience at this hotel.
